Pakistan Deploys SSG Commandos Along Sir Creek Area In Gujarat

The Pakistan SSG Commandos are back in news. According to later reports, the Pakistan Army has deployed its Special Service Group (SSG) commandos along the Sir Creek area in Gujarat, according to news agency ANI.

The SSG commandos may be used for anti-India activities in the region. The post where the SSG commandos have been deployed is known as the Iqbal-Bajwa.

The Pakistan Army Special Service Group is the special operations force tasked with their five primary missions: foreign internal defence, reconnaissance, direct actions, counter-terrorism, and unconventional warfare (the last one being carried out by BAT or Border Action Team)
